(CAGC) is seeking an Estimator/CSR for our manufactured products related to the building construction market.
This position will primarily be responsible for preparing custom project estimates for the following commercial products:
aluminum window, door, curtain wall, and storefront systems.

What You Will Do / Essential Job Requirements:
Prepares products estimates from customer take offs, field surveys or by reviewing plans, specifications, & other construction documentation.
Prepares RFI's and take-offs if required.
Incorporates into a project budget:
Quotes requested from outside vendors & challenges evaluated that may not be on takeoff of construction documentation.
Work well independently as well as in a team atmosphere working with multiple departments.
Using excel and other software programs required to create pricing.
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products and services; build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and update sales information What We Expect to Qualify:
Experience or Degree in construction or manufacturing technology, engineering, or related field is desired, but not required.
Experience working in the construction industry and/or working with custom products helpful.
1-3 years of experience in building construction estimating Experience with construction drawings and specifications Have excellent communication skills with customers.
Microsoft Office proficiency AutoCAD experience desirable - willing to train with inexperience.
The ideal candidate will be able to discuss products needs with the customers/contractors, which includes generating quotes, providing technical data and other information needed for the projects being discussed.
Construction knowledge is a major plus.
