Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting - Ensure the rights and dignity of residents are respected and upheld - Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration - Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents - Implement and follow individualized care plans for each resident - Document and report any changes in residents' condition or behavior - Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents to promote socialization and community integration
Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a similar caregiving role is preferred - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain confidentiality - First aid and CPR certification is a plus - Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record may be required for certain positions We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for career advancement.

Are you able to meet the physical requirements of this position? Are you at least 18 yrs old, have a High School Diploma or GED, have a valid OH driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and also less than 6 points? We also conduct a criminal background check, driving record check, drug screen (and random drug screen).
Will you pass all of these requirements? Do you leaven more towards Direct Support Professional or lean more towards Life Enrichment ? Or are you equally comfortable with both?
