This position will primarily be for our Norwalk office, but must be willing to travel to any of our location as needed (Bellevue, Sandusky, Norwalk, Port Clinton and one day a month Willard).
We are open four days a week (Mon-Thurs) with automatic three day weekends every weekend for a great work/life balance! Duties include:
Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs personally.
Greet patients upon arrival, update patients registration including medical insurance.
Provide patients with intake and new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents.
Process/collected payments from patients for co-pays, patient balances and uninsured visits.
Schedule appointments for multiple providers and in house testing/procedures.
Electronically file faxes and other documents into electronic medical record system.
Provide patients with support and guidance as needed.
